Alvora Digital handles the personal data you send us in a limited way, for a clear purpose: to reply to enquiries and to manage any commercial relationship that follows.

Data we may collect through the form: name, company, email, project type, approximate budget and the description you write. We do not ask for more than we need to understand the request.

Legal basis: legitimate interest in responding to a commercial request you sent us, and, where applicable, steps prior to entering a contract.

We do not sell data. It may be processed by strictly necessary providers (hosting, email delivery) under a duty of confidentiality.

We keep enquiries for as long as needed to reply and, if a project follows, for the duration of the relationship and related legal duties.

You have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability under the GDPR. To exercise them, write to andre@alvoradigital.com. You may also lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority (in Portugal, the CNPD).

We only publish a general location (Lisbon, Portugal). We do not publish a street address or tax number on this page. When those details become public, this policy will be updated.
